Wakanda Forever is the green and white deck from the four Marvel Super Heroes Commander precons, released 26 June 2026. T'Challa, the Black Panther commands it, and the deck is built around two things: artifacts that cost four or more, and the crown. Twenty-eight of its 100 cards are artifacts, twenty-three of them at four mana or more, and eleven cards mention the monarch. Here is the full 100-card list with today's prices, the cards that carry the value, and the five upgrades we would make first.
What the deck does
The artifacts. T'Challa makes a Vibranium token whenever he enters or attacks: an indestructible artifact that taps for colourless mana you can only spend on artifact spells. Every artifact spell that costs four or more then puts two +1/+1 counters on him, and Zuri, Warrior of Wakanda adds a counter to every creature you control for the same cast. W'Kabi, Shield of the Nation makes a 4/4 Rhino whenever the commander attacks while you hold one of those artifacts, and Shuri, the Black Panther draws a card on attack with three artifacts out and gives the team +2/+2 with six. The Vibranium is the count as much as the mana: Shuri's Fabricator, Vibranium Mining Mech and Dora Milaje Elite all make more of it, and Panther Robot and Metalwork Colossus get cheaper for every artifact on the table.
The crown. Okoye, Mighty and Adored, Nakia, Wakandan Operative and Queen Mother Ramonda make you the monarch, which draws a card at each of your end steps, and Ramonda keeps small creatures from taking it back. M'Baku, Jabari Chieftain plays the other side: if nobody is the monarch at your end step he hands the crown to an opponent, and every creature attacking the monarch gets +1/+1 and trample. Okoye's chosen creature gains double strike and trample against the monarch, and The Spear of Bashenga destroys a tapped permanent whenever its bearer attacks them. Give the crown away, take it back by force, draw a card for it.
The finish. Overwhelming Stampede and Bast, Panther Goddess turn a wide board into lethal, Storm, Queen of Wakanda lifts an attacker into the air, and Helm of the Host copies the best creature every combat. Divine Visitation is the sleeper: every creature token the deck makes, from Royal Talon Fighter Jet's Soldiers to W'Kabi's Rhino, becomes a 4/4 flying Angel instead.
What it is worth
The 100 cards add up to $69.16 in singles at today's TCGplayer market prices (2 November 2026). The reprints carry it: Birds of Paradise, Bountiful Promenade, Helm of the Host, Hammer of Nazahn and Sword of the Animist are the top five. The first new card with a price is Panther Habit at $1.54, and the commander is $1.84.

Five upgrades under $5
Together they cost $7.65, and every one of them is an artifact that costs four or more, which in this deck is a trigger for the commander and for Zuri on the way in.
- Panharmonicon ($4.35). Every artifact or creature that enters and triggers something now triggers it twice: T'Challa makes two Vibranium, Shuri's Fabricator four, Solemn Simulacrum fetches two lands, and Myr Battlesphere brings eight Myr. It is a four-mana artifact itself, so casting it grows T'Challa and the team.
- Myr Battlesphere ($0.23). Seven mana of artifact, so T'Challa and Zuri both trigger, and it arrives with four artifact tokens for Shuri's count. With Divine Visitation out, those four Myr are four 4/4 Angels.
- Hedron Archive ($0.20). A four-mana rock the Vibranium can pay for, which means the trigger is close to free, and it cashes in for two cards later.
- Steel Hellkite ($0.21). A six-mana flier that grows T'Challa on the way in and clears a board of tokens or a stuck enchantment by mana value later.
- Mystic Forge ($2.66). Cast artifacts and colourless spells off the top of the library. A quarter of this deck qualifies, the Vibranium pays for them, and every one that costs four or more is another trigger.
What to cut: Coveted Jewel (an unblocked attacker takes it and three cards with it), Meteor Golem, Trading Post, Loyal Guardian, and one basic land.
