What is in the set
According to Pokémon, every card in 30th Celebration is foil, including Basic Energy. Each booster pack holds five foil cards and a foil Basic Energy card. TCGplayer lists 154 cards so far, with these rarities:

| No rarity listed yet | 24 |
Thirty different Pikachu
Every booster pack has one of 30 different Pikachu cards, Pokémon says. TCGplayer lists them as Pikachu Rares, numbered 23 to 52. They are not one card in thirty different arts: each of the thirty has its own attacks.
The Futuristic Rares
30th Celebration introduces a new rarity, the Futuristic Rare. The first two feature Mewtwo and Mew, illustrated by the Japanese artist YOSHIROTTEN. TCGplayer lists them as Mewtwo ex #157 and Mew ex #158, and on preorder they are the two most expensive cards in the set by a wide margin: $1808.25 for Mew ex and $829.99 for Mewtwo ex.

The Classic Collection
Alongside the main set, TCGplayer lists a 27-card 30th Celebration Classic Collection. Pokémon calls these reprinted cards: they will not be legal in the Standard format, but they can be played in formats that allow the original prints. Of the products Pokémon has announced, the Ultra-Premium Collection is the one with a Classic Collection booster pack, which holds three of these cards.
Twenty-one of the 27 carry the same name and card number as a card from an earlier set, going back to Charizard #4 and Pikachu #58 from the 1999 Base Set. It is not the first time: Celebrations: Classic Collection, released in October 2021, also had a Charizard #4. The full list:
